2. PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIBLES

RK’s General Store sells collectibles and related merchandise, including items that may be manufactured, licensed, packaged, or distributed by third parties.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. However, product colors, packaging, artwork, accessories, labels, manufacturer markings, and other details may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.

Unless an item is specifically described as graded, mint, near-mint, or assigned another specific condition grade, we do not guarantee collectible-grade packaging.

Minor manufacturing or packaging imperfections may occur, including small corner wear, surface marks, minor creases, window imperfections, slight dents, shelf wear, or other imperfections commonly associated with mass-produced and commercially distributed merchandise.

For collectors who require a particular package condition, we encourage you to contact us before ordering when condition is especially important.

3. CHASE, VARIANT, LIMITED-EDITION AND RANDOM PRODUCTS

Some products may be produced in chase, variant, exclusive, limited-edition, randomly inserted, or other special versions.

Unless a product listing specifically states that you are purchasing a particular chase or variant, the purchase of a standard item does not guarantee receipt of a chase, rare, variant, or other special version.

Product images showing multiple possible versions are illustrative unless the listing specifically states which version is included.

We do not guarantee the rarity, future availability, collectible value, investment value, or resale value of any product.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur due to simultaneous purchases, inventory errors, damaged merchandise, supplier issues, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct inventory errors, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing, descriptions, photographs, inventory quantities, and other information on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, or other errors.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or communicated to you.

Delivery times after a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier may be affected by carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order is reshipped.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided to consumers under applicable law.

9. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly and retain the product, packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label while the issue is being reviewed.

Photographs may be requested to document shipping damage or product condition.

Claims involving packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the shipment and available carrier information.

We may assist with carrier claims when appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Products identified as preorders are products expected to become available at a future date.

Release dates and estimated arrival dates are based on information available from manufacturers, licensors, distributors, or suppliers and may change.

If a preorder is significantly delayed, changed, allocated, or canceled by a manufacturer or supplier, we will handle the affected order in accordance with applicable law and our posted preorder, cancellation, and refund policies.

Ordering a preorder product does not guarantee that a manufacturer or distributor will ultimately produce or supply the product.

12. ORDER QUANTITY AND RESELLER LIMITATIONS

We may limit quantities of certain high-demand, limited-edition, exclusive, promotional, or collectible products.

Where a purchase limit is stated, attempts to circumvent that limit through multiple orders, accounts, names, addresses, or payment methods may result in cancellation.

We reserve the right to determine reasonable purchase limits and to refuse transactions that appear intended to improperly circumvent those limits.
